We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we’ve been approved to open a branch of the latest addition to the Scouting family – we’ll be opening a Squirrels drey at Billesley Scouts!

For over 10 years now, we’ve believed in the power of Scouting to help us ignite curiosity, foster friendship, and inspire a lifelong love for learning skills that young people can take with them into the real world, which is why we’re delighted to be able to start expanding our offering to cater to the youngest adventurers, aged 4 and 5 years old.

Squirrels is a place where young children can embark on their very first Scouting adventures in a fun and supportive environment. Inspired by the playful and curious nature of squirrels, our program is designed to spark imagination, encourage exploration, and nurture important life skills from an early age through fun, stories and games.

Interested in joining?

Our open event will be taking place on Tuesdy 23 April, from 16:30 to 17:15, and our team will be on hand to deliver a taster programme for our newest arrivals and answer any questions you may have. If you’re interested in enrolling your child in Squirrel Scouts then you can add your young person to our waiting list today. Spaces will be limited, so make sure you add your details now so you don’t miss out on being part of our first cohort of Squirrels.
